Mommy & Me Snuggle Sessions are back by popular demand! This is a truly special event that has been on hold since COVID and we are so excited to bring it back this year.
Mommy & Me Snuggle Sessions will be taking place at the BEP studio on Sunday April 28th.
What's included:
- 10 minutes of shooting time with Brittany
- Mom + up to 3 children (more than 3 children please book 2 times lots back to back)

Session Reservation:
Included in the session is 10 minutes of photography provided the photographer (Brittany Elise Photography). Online gallery with up to 10 digital images. Choice of 2 digital images as a high resolution download with option to purchase additional images.
Tardiness Policy:
Because these sessions are so short - if client is tardy the time remaining will be what is provided by photographer. Client understands that tardiness will impact the outcome for the gallery and could prevent the client from having any images at all. Clients who arrive after their scheduled session will not be given more time or a refund. Reschedules will not be offered and session fees will not be refunded.
Readiness: The client understand that other families are scheduled immediate before and after their time. It is absolutely imperative that each family be dressed and ready at the time they signed up for.
Cancelation by client or photographer:
Should the client be unable to make their scheduled session for any reason the session fee is non refundable. Client may transfer the session to another party within 72 hours but must notify the photographer in writing of these changes. Photographer is willing to help fill the spot if provided notice 72 hours prior to the event. In the event the photographer is unable to fulfill their obligation to the session due to illness or acts of God a suitable replacement will be use to fulfill the session agreement. In the rare event that severe inclement weather should hinder the studio from receiving proper natural light a reshoot date will be offered.
Digital Images:
Within 14 days of the session the client will receive an online watermarked gallery with up to 10 images to choose from. Included in each session is 2 digital images with the option to purchase additional images and/or products. Online galleries will be available for 7 days only. It is the clients responsibility to make their images selections and properly download their gallery prior to thier galleries expiration date. Once galleries expire a reactivation fee of $50 is required to reactivate your gallery for purchase/download.
Prints & Products:
Prints and products are not included in the session but may be pre-purchased prior to the event. A print release will be provided with digital image download. Photographer does not guarantee products produced by other labs.
Editing and retouching:
Client understands that images will reflect the photographers portfolio of work. Edit requests including skin retouching, head swaps, wardrobe malfunction or other “fine tune” editing are not included in the session. Should the client request any editing, a fee will be applied for each image and subject to the scope of work needed to complete. Edit requests will take up to 7 days to process. Fees for editing must be paid in full prior to the initiation of these requests.
Client Responsibilities
The client understands and agrees that the session will be directed by the photographer with guidance from children based on interactions. Client shall maintain control of other subjects at all times. Client shall ensure the cooperation of additional subjects so as not to intrude on the Photographer’s immediate area while taking photos.
Exclusive Photographer/Electronic Devices:
Client understands and agrees that Photographer is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested in this Agreement. Client may take behind the scenes photos on their mobile devices but must tag and credit the Photographer appropriately. No professional cameras of any kind are allowed during the session, including Client’s own DSLR camera.
Copyright:
All photographs taken by Brittany Anderson Photography are her property, will remain her property, and are protected by United States Copyright Laws (USC Title 17). Client hereby waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control, and use of the images. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
It is a violation of Federal Copyright Law to allow photographs created by Brittany Anderson Photography to be duplicated, digitally reproduced, copied, scanned or altered in any way without written consent. This applies to blog posted images as well as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
Harassment and safe working Environment Clause:
Client hereby agrees to engage with Photographer and attendees of the event in an appropriate and civil manner. At no time and under no circumstance shall Photographer tolerate abusive, violent, destructive, menacing, or harassing behavior from Client and/or any agent or party acting on behalf of Client. Photographer reserves the right to terminate services immediately, without notifying Client and without refund of monies paid. The client reserves the right to maintain a safe working environment for all members of the photography team. Should the photographer deem the situation is unsafe physically, emotionally or mentally by the client or any person within the clients party, the photographer reserves the right to terminate the agree without refund or delivery of images.
Negligence:
Photographer understands that negligence on her part or any other persons at the photoshoot that causes any equipment, props, or any of the property of Brittany Elise Photography to malfunction or become damaged in any way, Photographer will be liable for the cost to repair or replace said item(s) at her own expense.
Limitation of Liability:
Photographer’s entire liability to Client for claim, loss, or injury arising from Photographer’s performance or negligence is limited to a refund to Client in the amount paid for services. Client assumes all of the risks of being photographed in studio, remote on location and/or outdoor locations as well as images taken within their own home. Client waives any rights to recovery money or damages from Photographer for any injuries that he/she, other subjects participating in the photo session or other companions may sustain while being photographed and or participating in the photo session. Client declares that he/she has legal authority to grant these permissions for all subjects involved in the photo session and accepts all responsibilities for such.
Although all care will be taken with these photography services and the digital photographs taken, if Photographer or her agents are unable to perform any or all of the duties herein for any reason, including but not limited to: transportation problems, acts of God, accident, death of Photographer or family members, illness, or technical problems, and if he/she cannot provide another competent professional, all money received by Photographer will be applied to a future session or product within 6 months of the session date and Photographer shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement.
If, during the photography session and/or before being delivered to Client, the session media has been lost or is unusable because of defect, damage, equipment malfunction, processing, or other technical error caused by Photographer, Client agrees to hold the Photographer harmless and will not impose any additional liability. Photographer shall re-shoot the session without an additional fee. Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of Photographer and will not be granted for instances pertaining to Client and/or Client’s subject appearance, weather-related issues, subject mood or deviation from the recommendations of Photographer.
Signatures:
Each party has read, understands, and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as listed above and by purchasing this listing you are agreeing to the terms of this product/session.
